Allows players to create server-wide announcements (rumors) for in-game npcs to inform people of the message for a configurable price

  • Now the npcs that are mounted on horses will not have rumors (to avoid animation errors).
  • It is now possible to block rumors so that only certain jobs can send them (check the config).
  • It is now possible to disable the exclamation icon on top of the peds head.
  • Multiple rumors are now allowed simultaneously, the npc you talk to will randomly give one of the ones available at that moment.
  • Due to these improvements the price of the script has increased by 5 €. Thanks to all suggestions to improve the script

* All files are encrypted using the encryption system "FiveM Asset Escrow" except the config file
