Allows you to bind any command from your server to any key on the keyboard

• Each player has his own bindings and can edit them whenever he wishes.
• All bindings are stored persistently in the database.
•  It does not matter if your key is already in use, the code uses a key combination to execute the bind (customizable in the config)

Due to the limitations of the original redM code, commands cannot be composed (e.g. /e dance)
